Terramatris is a crypto-focused investment initiative built around liquid digital-asset markets with an emphasis on disciplined risk management and transparent reporting. We work with a long-term mindset, prioritizing process, position sizing, and survivability over hype.
We’re looking for a Strategic Partner who can help us grow by introducing crypto-native capital and/or building partner channels that consistently generate qualified leads. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who already has credibility and access in crypto circles.
This is not a trading role. It’s a partner-facing growth role focused on introductions, referrals, and distribution.
Who You’ll Bring
You’ll focus on crypto-native audiences such as:
- On-chain builders, founders, and operators with investable capital
- DeFi power users, traders, and long-term holders
- Crypto communities, syndicates, and private groups
- OTC desks / brokers / ecosystem connectors (where appropriate)
- Diaspora networks with strong crypto adoption
Minimum ticket size: $10,000+
Responsibilities
- Source and introduce qualified prospects aligned with Terramatris’ onboarding requirements
- Build and manage referral partnerships (communities, advisors, connectors)
- Qualify candidates (ticket size, time horizon, expectations, risk tolerance)
- Coordinate calls and maintain a simple pipeline (introductions → calls → onboarding)
- Act as a brand representative: high integrity, no hype, no misleading claims
What We’re Looking For
- A proven network in crypto-native circles (you can describe it at a high level)
- Demonstrated experience in BD, partnerships, capital introduction, community growth, or sales in crypto/fintech
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfort operating with structure: clear process, clear reporting, clear boundaries
- High ethical standard and a compliance-aware mindset
Bonus
- Network across Georgia/Caucasus, EU/UK, UAE, or other high-crypto-adoption hubs
- Experience building affiliate/referral or ambassador programs
Compensation
- Performance-based (success fee / commission), paid after a confirmed close (e.g., onboarding completed and funds received)
- Uncapped earnings
- Tiered economics available for consistent volume and long-term partner performance
