Please note that all investments involve risks, and it's essential to conduct thorough due diligence before venturing into any assets.
Our trading strategy focuses on selling one-day-to-expiry options on Ethereum and Bitcoin. While we may explore longer time frames, approximately 90% of our trades involve one-day options. The premiums received are reinvested back into Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stellar Lumens, and USDC, employing a dollar-cost averaging approach.
Ensuring the security of our investments is a top priority. We carefully select high-probability trades, targeting options with a delta under -0.10, often as low as -0.05. In case a trade is challenged, we utilize strategic measures such as rolling forward or down, preferably for a credit. While we haven't needed to use futures or stop losses yet, they remain part of our risk management considerations.
For Week 14, our goal was a modest 2 USDC daily return from options premiums, reinvested in Ethereum. Despite the conservative approach, the strategy proved successful. We achieved an all-time high of $224.44, resulting in a remarkable 19% week-over-week growth
Last week, we primarily traded with Ethereum, navigating its price swings from $1,950 to $2,080. Caution was exercised due to a potential downtrend, and the market is being closely monitored for potential testing of support levels at $1,900 or $1,800.
