Quantitative Crypto Options Strategies

TerraM token

TerraM is a utility token built on the Solana blockchain, launched on December 12, 2022, with an initial supply of 10,000 tokens.

The token is designed as a participation layer within the Terramatris ecosystem, linking holders to the fund’s underlying strategies and capital allocation framework.

TerraM can be acquired through:

  • A dedicated liquidity pool (Raydium)
  • Over-the-counter (OTC) transactions (minimum $5,000, subject to availability)

Current Phase (Phase 1)

In its current phase, TerraM is supported by a structured capital allocation model tied to the Ethereum Strategy.

On a weekly basis:

  • 25% of realized strategy income is allocated to the TerraM token
    • 20% is added to the liquidity pool to strengthen depth and tradability
    • 5% is used for token buybacks

Buybacks are executed on the open market and may be:

  • held in treasury
  • or reintroduced into the liquidity pool

This mechanism is designed to gradually improve liquidity conditions while reinforcing long-term alignment between token holders and strategy performance.

Future Development (Phase 2)

Terramatris plans to introduce a second phase focused on scaling the TerraM ecosystem in a controlled and capital-backed manner.

Once the liquidity pool reaches approximately 10–20% coverage relative to circulating supply (definition to be formalized), the protocol may introduce additional token issuance.

Key principles:

  • Expansion only after sufficient liquidity depth is achieved
  • New issuance aligned with available capital and market capacity
  • Avoidance of unbacked or purely inflationary supply increases

This approach aims to ensure that any growth in supply is supported by real liquidity and system stability, rather than speculative expansion.
